The conversion law (law no. 77/2020) of the "Relaunch" decree (Legislative Decree no. 34/2020) provided for an extension of the deadlines to November 15, 2020 for the revaluation of company shares and land owned to July 1, 2020.
Times are starting to get tight because by 15 November 2020, to benefit from the revaluation, you must:
- pay the substitute tax (in a lump sum or the first of three equal annual installments);
- draw up and certify the appraisal report (by a qualified professional).
